How does this work for our end-customers (clients' applicants)?

Your client's app submits the applicant document packet to your backend. Your backend calls FlowAI with the client_id and document payload. FlowAI returns a decision in ~3 seconds. Your backend passes the decision to your client's UI. End applicants never see FlowAI โ€” it's fully embedded in your compliance layer.

Can we configure different risk thresholds for different clients?

Yes. Per-client risk configuration is a Growth plan feature. You define the score thresholds (APPROVE below X, ESCALATE between Xโ€“Y, REJECT above Y) per client_id. The Growth plan covers up to 5,000 triage calls/mo; Scale plan handles enterprise volume.

Are client audit logs truly isolated?

Yes. Each triage event is tagged with the client_id you provide. Audit log queries are scoped to that client. You can export a per-client CSV at any time. No cross-contamination between clients' records.
